Wrap the measuring tape around the widest point of your hips, keeping it parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Thigh
Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh, keeping the tape horizontal and close to your skin.
